We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, images, descriptions, and availability accurately. Actual color appearance may vary slightly by screen. We may limit sales to geographic regions we serve.

Section 6 - Shipping and Delivery Terms

We provide Free Shipping for US orders. Order cutoff is 5:00 PM (PT), processing is 1–2 business days, shipping is 4–6 business days, and total estimated delivery is 5–8 business days. We use FedEx and provide tracking for shipped orders.

Section 7 - Billing and Payment Conditions

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. Payment is collected at delivery. All charges are in US Dollars ($).

Section 8 - Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Customers have a 30-day return window from delivery. Restocking fee is $0. Customer-remorse return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days after return inspection and approval. COD refunds may be issued by bank transfer or another method arranged by our support team. Order cancellation requests should be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
